FIRST TEST DAY OF 2026 | KSN NOORDWIJK
The days are getting longer, the temperature is rising again — in short, the most beautiful time of the year is coming back! The real enthusiasts have already had a few kite sessions this year. For others, the season is about to kick off again. This year we are once again organizing the Kitemana Testival, the largest kite-only test event in the world. From April 1st our wind window opens, the event will be announced two days in advance when there is sufficient wind and a decent temperature ;)

Choosing a new kite or kiteboard can sometimes be tricky because there are often a few days between testing your two favourite kites, and you've already forgotten how your previous kite felt. So take about 15 minutes per kite at our testival to really get a feel for what the kite does, then quickly grab another so you can perfectly sense the difference. This way you make the best choice for your gear for the new kitesurfing season!

The Kitemana Testival will be held at the Kust Surfvereniging Noordwijk (KSN). The beach has been made available to non-KSN members especially for this day. Please note that you need a good kitesurfing level to kitesurf safely. Inside the KSN you can register for the Testival and receive a wristband to test. Without a wristband you cannot test.This welcoming club has great facilities and can provide you with drinks and snacks. You can also fill your day with a delicious lunch at one of the popular adjacent beach clubs, such as Bries Noordwijk, de Branding or Club C.

Parking at the venue
Paid parking is available directly next to the KSN in the blue marked areas, see map. This is right on the beach, on the south boulevard of Noordwijk.
Want to park for free? That's possible just a few minutes' walk away in the green marked areas. Navigate to: Beethovenweg 6, 2202 AH Noordwijk. From there you can park for free in the direction of inland.
You can safely leave your belongings inside the KSN while testing the gear. There is also a shower available and you can get changed in the warm after your kite session!
WHAT TO BRING?
For the Kitemana Testival you only need to bring your wetsuit, kiteboard and harness! There will be plenty of kites available so you can test without any worries. You can of course also bring your own gear to compare kites and boards, or to test your new favourite board or kite as accurately as possible using your own equipment. This way you can be sure that when testing a new kite, your footstraps are set correctly and it's not the board affecting the feel.REGISTRATION
On the day itself we will use a registration system. Upon arrival you can sign in and receive a wristband so that all brands and crew present know you are there to test. Feel free to ask all your questions to our crew or the brands. Only when you have a wristband can you test the gear at the Kitemana Testival.BRANDS PRESENT AT KITEMANA TESTIVAL 2026
