KITEMANA BIG AIR TEAM CONTEST | Green Light Sunday 13 October
Good news! Sunday 13 October the wind is looking good, very good in the morning Tobias, our wind guru, is forecasting 30+ knots in the morning. On shore, but that means more hight Its a perfect day to get some serious air and decide who will be the best Big Air Team of 2024. As the wind will decrease during midday we will start early. With approximately 90 participants and teams from all over the Netherlands, action is guaranteed. Through Surfr live scoring on a big screen, all supporters could closely follow the competition and cheer their favorite team to victory. The enthusiasm of both the participants and the visitors was palpable. Ultimately, team Duotone clinched the victory in this first edition of the Kitemana Big Air Team contest. This year they will be the team to beat!

Unique team battle
What makes this kitesurfing event so special is that you participate as a team (4 people). It's not just about your highest jump, but the sum of the highest jumps of everyone in your team. Various clubs, brands, and maybe even your team will compete against each other in this competition, vying for the highest jumps and first place. The scores are easily tracked via the Surfr. App, so you are always aware of the results. The Surfr. App live scoring is then displayed live on a big screen so you can watch what’s happening on the water in real-time.This event promises to be spectacular, not only for the participants but also for the visitors. Whether you are a kiter or not, this is a great opportunity to enjoy impressive stunts and, of course, a fantastic party afterward at KSN Noordwijk! Here you can relax and celebrate after a day full of action and adrenaline.
Location
The Big Air Team Contest 2024 will be held at the Kust Surfvereniging Noordwijk (KSN). This legendary surf club is home to big-air champions such as Ruben Len10, Kevin Langeree, Lasse Walker, and Bart Wassenaar. If you can't reach unprecedented heights here, we don't know where you can ;-) Moreover, KSN is the perfect place to cheer on the participants from the beach and you are welcome to enjoy a snack and a drink after the competition!The address: Kon.
