Roxy made the Elite Xtra from Levinprene neoprene, a super soft and flexible type of neoprene that fits nice and snug against your body. The 4/3mm thickness is perfectly matched to the European spring and autumn. A thicker 4mm panel on your torso provides extra warmth around your core temperature, while the 3mm panels on your arms and legs give you all the freedom of movement you need to steer your kite and pull off your tricks.

The real game changer of the Elite Xtra is found on the inside of the wetsuit. Roxy made the inner lining out of PrimaLoft Stretch, a combination of 50% recycled polyester and 50% PrimaLoft insulation fibres. This lining insulates incredibly well, dries quickly and barely holds any water. As a result, the wetsuit still feels nice and fresh even after multiple sessions, and you stay warm during your session. The outside of the suit is made from Champion Stretch, a durable fabric of 93.2% recycled nylon and 6.8% elastane for extra flex.

Getting in is wonderfully easy thanks to the front zip. This entry system is not only comfortable to put on, but also ensures that hardly any water flushes into the wetsuit during a crash. That way you're back on your board faster and stay warm during your session. The seams are finished on the outside with GBS and reinforced on the inside with tape and melco spot tape on the more heavily loaded spots. This provides extra durability and effectively keeps water out. Roxy has also used water-based glue for a more environmentally friendly production process.
