The Quiksilver Young Guns 4/3 Frontzip 2026 Wetsuit is the suit that gets you through the whole spring and autumn. The 4/3mm thickness keeps you warm while the water is still cold, without leaving you standing stiff on your kiteboard. This men's wetsuit from Quiksilver comes with one striking detail, because it is built without any neoprene at all.
Instead of neoprene, Quiksilver uses Ocean Natural Rubber here, a foam made from bio-based raw materials and recycled carbon black. That makes the suit 100% neoprene-free. Natural rubber feels soft and springs back nicely, something you notice mainly in your shoulders and hips when you spend a full session pumping and jumping.
The outside is Repeater Stretch, a fabric that stretches in every direction. Inside sits a Primaloft Bio Stretch. That lining insulates and holds little water, so your wetsuit is dry again sooner for your next session. The spots that take the most abuse are backed with Eco Extend, 100% recycled nylon.
On the outside the panels are finished with GBS seams, glued and blind stitched so as little water as possible gets through. On the inside NNT reinforcement tape runs over the seams and Melco spot tape sits on the high stress points, exactly where a wetsuit usually gives up first. Everything is bonded with water-based Aqua Alpha glue. The frontzip gives you a flat back with no zipper pushing into your harness, and it limits the water coming in during a crash.
