The core of the Curl V2 features a CVC construction, a composite vacuum sandwich build that is lightweight yet extremely strong. The board includes a full 3mm high-density PVC sandwich layer and a carbon stringer on the bottom. This combination delivers a direct surf feel with the perfect balance between flex and stiffness. The bamboo top deck is reinforced with a PVC compression deck skin to enhance durability, ideal for riders who travel frequently and want peace of mind when checking in their boardbag. The shape is based on the previous Curl Pro. A single concave bottom generates speed and drive, while the thin rails, medium rocker line, and squash tail provide fast response and smooth rail-to-rail transitions. Bottom turns, snaps, and carves feel precise and powerful. The thruster fin setup with Future fin boxes ensures solid grip and control.
