The Section 2 is also a very good choice for foiling. The lightweight construction allows you to ride the Core Section 2 quickly on your foil. The fast steering behavior and the characteristics that the Section 2 can handle gusts very well make that the Section 2 is used as a foil kite by, for example, Steven Akkersdijk.

The Core Section 2 has an ultra-light three strut frame with a specially tuned surf profile. The maximum camber in the canvas is slightly further to the rear of the profile and the aspect ratio has been slightly lowered, which has given the Core Section 2 a super good drift. It is always a search for the perfect balance between durability and light weight. In the Core Section 2, Core used ExoTex® dacron and a CoreTex® Triple Ripstop cloth. This makes the Core Section 2 super strong and lightweight.

To make the Core Section 2 steer faster than its predecessor, there is a new short bridle system on the Section 2. This makes the Section 2 faster and more direct. You can adjust the level of directness and more or less bar pressure to the Section 2 by the use of the easy Core Intelligent Trim System (CIT). Everything to ensure that you can ride with the most ideal settings and so you can ride that wave of your life!

Sometimes you make a good crash while surfing the wave of your life. The Core Section 2 has auto relaunch. That super easy and fast relaunch is a nice idea when you crash and a wave is about to eat you.
