With a thickness of 5/4mm you're well protected against the cold. The 5mm sits on your torso for maximum warmth around your core, while the 4mm on arms and legs keeps you moving smoothly. The attached hood is the big win of this suit: it keeps your head warm and stops cold water from running down your neck. Exactly what you want when you're out on the water for hours.

You get in through the front zip, a zipper across the chest that lets in less water than a back zip and keeps your back nice and flexible. The seams are finished with GBS (Glued Blind Stitched). These seams are glued first and then blind stitched, which makes them strong and keeps the cold water out of your wetsuit.

With the Synergy, warm doesn't mean heavy or stiff. The Superlight foam is lightweight, insulates excellently and is partly made from recycled raw materials. The outside is Pro Stretch made from recycled fibres, with plenty of stretch for freedom of movement. The inside is lined with a soft silicone stretch lining that holds your warmth and feels great on your skin.
