Naish Pivot Nvision 2026 Kite

The Pivot Nvision 2026: Even lighter, faster, and sharper

The Naish Pivot has long been known as the ultimate allrounder in the kitesurfing world. With the Nvision edition, Naish takes it one step further in technology. The Pivot Nvision 2026 Kite keeps the versatility and predictability of the standard Pivot, but with a completely redesigned construction built around Aluula. In addition, this version is 10% lighter than the previous one! The result is a highly technical kite that is lighter, stiffer, and more responsive, ideal for riders looking for a super stiff kite with high performance and a wide wind range.

The biggest difference lies in the strut frame. Whereas the standard Pivot 2026 uses a blended dacron leading edge, the Nvision features a full Aluula frame. Aluula is much lighter and stiffer than traditional dacron, and this year the Nvision is 10% lighter than the previous Pivot Nvision. The frame construction is called the "Helium Frame" by Naish. This combination of Aluula, a shifted center of mass, and an optimized design results in a kite with different flying characteristics, a smaller leading edge diameter, reduced weight, and extra stability. This makes the kite move faster forward in the wind window, provides more depower, and recovers faster after a kiteloop. At the same time, these properties also ensure that the Nvision drifts very well when the kite is unloaded, making it ideal for wave and foil sessions. The struts are built from lighter Aluula Fa74 material in 2026, making the kite even better able to twist during steering inputs.

For the bridle setup, this version uses SK99 bridle lines, which is a new feature. These ultra-thin and strong lines cut through the air efficiently and give the kite a tighter profile in the sky. This results in more precision and bar control, especially noticeable during transitions and powered loops. The canopy of the kite is made from QuadTex ripstop. This 4x4 woven material is the strongest and stiffest canopy fabric on the market and keeps the kite crisp and responsive session after session, even after prolonged exposure to sun and wind. Combined with the high/low wind bridle adjustment on the tips, you can tune the kite for maximum depower or more pull in light wind.

The trailing edge of the kite has received a double upgrade. Thanks to the Trailing-Edge Flutter Dispersion, the canopy stays tight and the kite flutters less, improving both durability and stability. In addition, the trailing edge is now built with single ply Code95p, a stiffer and stronger material that is lighter than the previously used 2-ply QuadTex. This reduces the kite’s weight and extends its lifespan while further minimizing flutter. The Swift Tips are 30% stronger and lighter than earlier wingtip constructions, which allows the kite to turn faster and maintain the canopy profile better under heavy loads. The closing seams have also been redesigned. This not only provides a cleaner finish on the leading edge but also reduces total weight by 350 grams compared to the previous Nvision. As a result, the kite feels lighter and turns more smoothly.

Finally, two small new details have also been added: the improved bladder cap construction. This allows the leading edge to handle higher pressure, giving a stiffer feel and a kite that better retains its shape during a session. Combined with the TPU strut bumpers, the Nvision is more resistant to impact and wear, while reducing overall weight. The Naish Pivot Nvision 2026 Kite is less forgiving than the standard Pivot but offers advanced riders even more precision and performance. Lighter, sharper, and more direct, this is a kite that can handle all disciplines at the highest level.
