F-One Breeze TEC 2027 Kite
Breeze TEC: effortless light wind kiting with one strut from F-One
Is the wind meter hovering around 10 knots while the rest of the beach is still hesitating? Then you are already pumping up the F-One Breeze TEC 2027 Kite. This single strut kite is designed to make light wind kiting easier, more intuitive and above all more fun. The low weight and stable flying behaviour keep the kite calm in the air, even in the lightest wind, so you can focus on riding instead of on your kite. F-One builds this TEC version on the versatile foundation of the Breeze and adds advanced materials and smart technical upgrades for as much control and comfort as possible.
As soon as you pick up the bar, you notice how easy this kite is to fly. The Breeze TEC finds a good spot in the wind window by itself and delivers constant pull from there. You get planing easily and gain height upwind without any hassle when tacking. In the air it feels light and playful, while staying stable across the entire wind range. F-One gives the kite a 100% score for relaunch, drift and depowered handling, and sheet-and-go also scores high. Exactly what you want when you need to drift through a wind hole on your foil, or when you are just starting out and want a kite that does what you expect.
Compared to the previous Breeze, F-One has put a lot of work into the details. The biggest change is the new DLE 140 inflatable structure of the leading edge and strut: stronger and more durable, while the kite flies just as light and smooth. The refined thickness distribution of the leading edge makes the Breeze TEC turn more directly and progressively, so your steering input arrives faster without the kite feeling nervous. The rounded wingtips make relaunch and reverse launch smoother and more intuitive, which you will especially appreciate when your kite is lying in the water in light wind. A reworked draft gives more low-end power, which means easier waterstarts and constant traction through your turns. And thanks to the improved bar feel, you steer the kite even more precisely.
The carefully tuned profile and bridle system with F-One pulleys keep the shape of the canopy well under control. This lets you dose the power very gradually: pull the bar in and the power builds smoothly, push it away and it fades just as gently. The trailing edge features Staggered Seams panels. These staggered seams limit canopy deformation, so the profile stays clean and the kite keeps its performance even after many sessions. The Breeze TEC also has a medium aspect ratio, a Delta C shape and a Reactor Valve.
The Breeze TEC is made for kiters looking for a lightweight setup with plenty of manoeuvrability and a strong low-end. It is accessible, progressive and forgiving, and thanks to the wide wind range across sizes from 5m to 17m, it can be used from light to strong wind. That makes it feel at home during freeride sessions, on the foil and at kite schools. Are you always the first one on the water as soon as the wind picks up a little? Then the F-One Breeze TEC 2027 will become your trusted companion on light wind days.
