Payments

  • The available payment methods vary by country. In the checkout you will see the available payment options after choosing the delivery country. We will ship your order after having received your payment.

  • All online payments are handled by Multisafepay or Paypal. Online payment details are passed directly to the payment platform via a secure Secure Socket Layer (SSL) connection. Once the payment has been approved, Kitemana will receive a notification that the payment has been processed. The order is then sent by KiteMana to the specified address.

    If credit card is chosen as payment method, the conditions of the relevant cardholder company apply. Kitemana.com is not a party in the relationship between you and the cardholder company.

    • The prices on our website within the EU are shown including VAT.
    • The prices on our website outside the EU are shown by default excluding VAT. For customers from non-EU countries (for example: Switzerland, England, Norway, United States and Japan), the VAT is automatically deducted from the total price. Please be aware that the VAT of the country of delivery + the import duties will be charged by UPS before delivery via a payment link in the tracking.

    Therefore, always inform yourself well to avoid unexpected import costs. It is not possible for us to keep up with all customs regulations in the world. We are not responsible for additional import and customs charges.

    The correct display of the prices on the website is determined on the basis of the delivery country. In the header you can change the delivery country and currency to see the right prices.

    Price displays in currencies other than Euro are updated daily to the recent exchange rate. The final settlement is always in Euros.

  • If you buy a product from us in our Megastore and you are going to export this product to a country outside the EU, you have the option to reclaim the VAT.
    For this you need to have the original paper invoice stamped at customs. You can send this original stamped invoice + copy of your passport + your IBAN number with your name to Kitemana. We will then ensure a prompt refund.

    PLEASE NOTE:

    • Only a stamped original invoice will be processed. Stamped order confirmations, packing slips or other documents cannot be processed.
    • We are also not able to process scanned documents

    Condition to be eligible for VAT refunds:

    • Invoice value including VAT is € 150,- or more;
    • Your order will be delivered within the EU;
    • You can prove that you reside outside the EU;
    • Your billing address is your home address abroad;
    • You export the products outside the EU yourself;
    • You export the products within 3 months of purchase;
    • You must send us the original paper invoice + copy of passport + IBAN number with stamp;

    Below you can read how you can redeem the gift voucher:

    • The code on the card can be redeemed both online and in our Megastore in Noordwijk.
    • You do this online in the checkout. Under payment, you'll find the activation field for this.
    • Enter the code and activate it with the button. The amount will be deducted from the total price.
    • If the value of the gift voucher is not fully spent with a purchase, the remaining amount will be kept on the gift card.

    Conditions:
    • A gift voucher is valid for 2 years.
    • You cannot exchange a gift voucher for money.
    • A gift voucher cannot be returned.
    • The value of the gift voucher is deducted from the outstanding invoice and does not relate to a specific deal or item.
    • The Kitemana gift voucher is a single gift voucher and VAT is charged at the time of purchase. The VAT is then settled with the purchased items.
  • Kitemana regularly issues a discount code for a temporary offer.

    These discount codes are announced via the website, newsletters and social media. If you don't want to miss any promotions, join our newsletter or social media accounts.


    How to activate discount codes?
    • The discount code can be used online or in our megastore in Noordwijk.
    • You do this online by entering the discount code in the Checkout under Payment method. If you click on the word Discount code, you will get a field.
    • Enter the code and activate it with the button. The amount will be deducted from the relevant product.
      Conditions:
    • Discount codes usually stand alone and cannot be used in combination with other discount codes.
    • Discount codes can be unique for 1 person.
    • Discount codes are valid for a limited time.
    • Discount codes apply to specific products.
    • Discount codes may depend on country.
