When you opt for this option you request your bank to transfer the invoice amount by means of a transfer form or with an electronic transfer form. It's important that you state the Order number in the description, which you will receive by email. You must transfer the invoice amount to us stating this payment reference on the following account numbers:

With this payment method, the shipment will be sent as soon as the amount has been credited to us. Because there is a delay in bank traffic, this can take 1-3 business days before we can send the order.
Secure payment platform
All online payments are handled by Multisafepay. Multisafepay is a so-called Payment Service Provider, a company who's specialized in securely processing payments via the Internet.
Online payment details such as iDeal, Mister Cash or Credit card are transmitted directly to the Multisafepay payment platform via a secure Secure Socket Layer connection (SSL). SSL is the most used security protocol on the Internet and is used to encrypt data exchanged between a consumer and a server. SSL is a way of coding data that makes it impossible for third parties to read messages. All browsers support SSL and indicate when this security is in effect. It forms a worldwide standard for secure payments via the Internet.
Once the payment is approved, Kitemana.com receives a notification that the payment has been processed. The order is then sent by Kitemana.com to the specified address. This way the payment company doesn't have any access to your payment details.
If a credit card is chosen for a payment method, the conditions of the relevant cardholder company apply. Kitemana.com is not a party in the relationship between you and the cardholder company.
Refund
For the refund of an already paid order, we need your IBAN and BIC / Swift number. Refunds are made after approval within 10 working days.
