You'll hear from us within 5 working days.

When do you qualify for warranty?

If something breaks that shouldn't have broken yet, the manufacturer's warranty may offer a solution. Most suppliers offer a one-year warranty on manufacturing defects.

In short: the product you bought should not break within one year under normal use. If it does, we will contact the supplier on your behalf. Together we determine whether it is indeed covered by the warranty. If so, we will then repair or replace the product free of charge.

Good to know
The warranty comes from the manufacturer. We are your point of contact and look into the possibilities together with them, but the manufacturer ultimately decides whether something is covered by the warranty.

This is what we need for your claim

Make sure you have this ready before you start, then you'll be done in a couple of minutes.

  • Your order number
  • Two or three photos that clearly show the damage
  • One photo of the whole product
  • One photo of the serial number, if the product has one
  • A short description of what happened and how the damage occurred

Authentic, unedited material only. We automatically check photos for editing and AI generation. Modified, misleading or AI-generated photos, videos or documents are considered fraud. In that case we reject the claim and close the case.

Submit your warranty claim

Ordered as a guest? That works too. You don't need a password, you log in with a code we email you.

How to submit a warranty claim

  1. Open your order in My account .
    • Have an account? Log in and go to your orders.
    • Ordered as a guest? You can submit your claim here just the same. Choose to log in without a password: we'll email you a code, and your order will be waiting for you.
  2. Go to Orders/Returns and select the Warranty option. Find the order that contains the warranty item.
  3. Select the product you want to claim for. You can only select items that are within the warranty period. You'll see this from the warranty status (active) behind the product.
  4. Upload your photos and fill in the description. Follow the instructions to complete the process.
  5. You'll receive a confirmation email with a unique warranty number. Use that number for any further communication about your claim.

What happens next?
Within 5 working days we review your claim and get in touch. How long the handling takes after that depends on the type of claim and on the supplier we're dealing with. We'll keep you posted.

The outcome is always the same kind of answer: your claim is either covered by the warranty or it isn't. We'll let you know what the outcome is and what that means for you.
