Naish spare parts at Kitemana
A Naish kite, board or bar lasts for years if you replace worn parts in time. Valves, bridle lines, trim lines, fins and screws take a beating from salt, sand and hard landings. The most important thing when ordering: know which model and year you have. Over the years, Naish has used different valve systems, bars and foil generations, and not every part fits every model. Below you'll find, per product group, which Naish kite parts, board parts and bar parts are available and what to look out for. Still unsure? Send us the model and year, and we'll find the right part for you. Join our 200,000+ happy kite customers, with express shipping worldwide.
Everything about Naish spare parts:
Which Naish kite parts do you need?
On a Naish kite, the parts you'll replace most often belong to the inflation system and the bridle. Which valve you need depends on the year of your kite. Naish kites from 2020 onwards have the SureLock valve, a high-flow valve that the pump hose locks onto. It works together with the One-Point Inflation System, which lets you inflate and deflate the kite from a single point. Older Naish kites use, among others, the High Flow screw valve or the Octopus one-pump system, with a separate valve for the leading edge and for the struts. So check the year and valve type of your kite before you order.
With a one-pump system, small hoses run from the leading edge to the struts. These are available as separate parts too, such as the straight and L-shaped connectors and the hose itself. If your kite is losing pressure, check those connections and the valve first, before you start on the bladder. A loose or split hose is quick to replace, while a leaking bladder takes more work. If your pump doesn't fit the SureLock valve properly, you'll need the right nozzle or a pump adapter.
The bridle wears too. Many Naish kites have pulleys with a slider ring in the bridle, and the short line the ring runs on is the first to wear. Replace that pulley bridle line in time: a worn line makes your kite slower to turn and can eventually snap. As for the canopy: you can patch a small tear temporarily with ripstop tape, but for larger damage or a leak in the leading edge, take a look at our kite repair page. You'll find all parts in the Naish kite spare parts. Has your kite really reached the end after years of loyal service? Then check out the current models, such as the Pivot, in the Naish kites.
Which Naish kiteboard and foil parts do you need?
On a Naish twin tip, you'll mostly replace fins, screws and the grab handle. Naish uses different fins per board: the Monarch comes with four IXEF 4.0 fins, and the Traverse EJ has G10 fins (2.8 cm on the 138). Loose IXEF fins come in 4.0 and 5.0. Bigger fins give more grip and keep your board tracking better in chop, while smaller fins make your board looser for slides and park. Lost a fin? Ideally, replace the whole set, so your board feels the same on both sides.
When replacing screws, always use screws of the same length, with the washers. A screw that's too long can damage your insert or board, and one that's too short won't hold properly. Rinse your board and screws with fresh water after a saltwater session, so sand and salt don't seize up the threads. Are your pads flat or your straps tearing? Then a new set of Naish straps and pads is often a smarter choice than loose parts. A Naish kite surfboard, such as the Global, comes with thruster fins and footstraps. Naish offers separate fin sets for thruster, quad and twin + trailer setups, so check which fin setup your board has before you order.
With a Naish foil, it's all about the right screws, and they differ per generation. Naish uses stainless steel Torx screws (T30 on the S27 and the board mount). On the S25/S26 Jet foil, the mast and fuselage are joined with three M6 25 mm screws, and the wings with five M6 20 mm screws. On the S27, the mast attaches to the fuselage with two M8 35 mm screws. To mount the foil on your board, you use four M6 screws with T-nuts: 25 mm with the standard plate and 30 mm with the carbon plate. Take your foil apart regularly after saltwater sessions, rinse the screws and contact surfaces, then reassemble everything with a suitable Torx key.
You'll find everything for your twin tip or surfboard in the Naish kiteboard spare parts. Looking for a foil part or unsure about the size? Send us the model and year, and we'll look it up for you. Which Naish bar parts do you need?
Which parts you need depends on your Naish bar. The current bars are the Torque 3, the Sync Bar, the Sense and the Zero2, and plenty of kiters still ride the Torque 2. They differ in line length, among other things, so check your model before ordering a line set. The Torque 2 and Torque 3 have 22 m lines with a 2 m extension, the Sync Bar has 22 m lines with an optional 2 m extension, the Sense has 24 m lines, and the Zero2 has 20 m lines with a 2 m extension.
Do you have a Sync Bar or a Torque 3 with the SYNC quick release? Then Naish advises having that quick release replaced. If it's handled incorrectly, the spring inside the mechanism can bend, which may affect the release function. Naish replaces the quick release free of charge. The replacement is arranged through your dealer together with Kubus Sports, and only authorised parties carry it out. Get in touch with us or your nearest Naish dealer to arrange it.
On the Torque 2, the parts you'll replace most are the PU-coated trim line, the flagging line and the chicken finger. The flagging line runs on the outside of the bar, so you can easily keep an eye on wear: if it frays, replace it straight away. The Nylatron insert in the centre of the bar, where the line runs through, can also be replaced separately. For older Naish bars, such as the Torque 1, you can still get trim lines and other separate parts.
Check your lines regularly for knots, damage and uneven stretch, test your quick release on dry land every now and then, and rinse your bar with fresh water after every session. The Sense comes without a leash, so if you ride that bar, make sure you have a suitable kite leash. The Zero2 comes with a short 50 cm Zero leash. You'll find all parts in the Naish bar spare parts. Is your bar really worn out? Then check out the Naish bars. Need help fitting a part or want a safety check? Call or email our team.
