The neoprene used in the ION Amaze Select 6/5 Women's Backzip 2023 is made of Limestone neoprene. Limestone neoprene is used to replace the petrochemicals in the neoprene. Limestone comes from nature and has much less impact on the environment. Recycled oyster shell powder is also used in this limestone neoprene, which contributes to making the neoprene more sustainable. The exterior of the neoprene has a unique diamond-shaped structure called Max Flex. This diamond-shaped structure is the latest innovation from ION and provides even more flexibility. The drying time of the wetsuit is also reduced because the water is distributed over the small channels between the panes.
