Mystic wanted to develop a range of kite materials that embraced modern technologies and techniques, which, when combined with the riders' natural physical skills, would allow them to maximize their sessions. Mystic wanted to create products that pushed riders further so that they could push all existing limits and take the sport to a whole new level. With this philosophy in mind, the brand launched the very first kite harness on the market in 2002, the Darkrider! This Darkrider was the first dedicated kitesurf harness and met everything the kitesurfer needed. This harness is still a leader, and we see many elements of this harness in today's designs. Nowadays, Mystic's kitesurf harness line is extensive, and there is a perfect harness for every type of kitesurfer. The latest innovation in kitesurf harnesses is the hardshell harnesses. Mystic also has a few hardshell harnesses like the Majestic, Majestic X, and even a non-water-absorbent Stealth harness. Besides the hardshell kitesurf harnesses, there are still traditional softshells available, such as the legendary Mystic Warrior or the budget model, the Mystic Star.

Aside from fantastic harnesses, Mystic also makes warm, comfortable wetsuits designed specifically for kitesurfers.
