One of the key characteristics of the North Carve is its large depower range, allowing you to easily handle gusts and build confidence in all conditions. In addition, the Carve sits far to the edge of the wind window, making it super easy to ride upwind—perfect if you’re still learning or want to return quickly to your next wave. Another benefit of the Carve is the extremely easy water relaunch thanks to the rounded tips. Together with the thinner leading edge, these tips give the North Carve excellent drift for endless wave riding or smooth downwind toe-side cruising.

All sizes have been upgraded with lightweight bladders for 2024, and any unnecessary excess weight has been removed to create an even lighter kite. The lighter the kite, the easier the handling and the better it keeps flying when the wind drops. This is especially helpful for beginners who may still steer a bit hesitantly or when riding in gusty spots. The bar pressure and steering speed can be adjusted on the wingtips, allowing you to fully tune the new North Carve 2024 to your personal preference.
