The Ozone Mach1 Kite is a high-performance foil kite for advanced riders who want to get the most out of light wind sessions. Based on the race DNA of the R1 V4, but fully redesigned for freeride, big air, and hydrofoil. This kite boosts effortlessly with minimal input and delivers insane hangtime, even in lighter winds.

Thanks to its high aspect ratio and clean profile shape, the Mach1 generates massive lift and speed without requiring constant steering. It offers great boost and excellent hangtime, while still feeling stable and controlled in changing conditions. Smooth power delivery and direct handling inspire confidence and make it easier to push your limits, whether you're riding a twintip or a foil. This unique flying character comes from the technologies developed by Ozone. Transverse Sail Shaping creates a smoother leading edge for cleaner airflow, improving efficiency. Flexible profile reinforcements maintain the kite’s shape, even during aggressive turns or in turbulent wind. Thanks to the closed-cell design, the Mach1 stays stable in the air and relaunches easily from the water, especially when combined with the improved valve system.

You can fine-tune the Mach1’s flying characteristics using three brake line settings, allowing you to adjust how light, neutral, or heavy it feels on the bar. Combined with 17 or 21 meter lines, you can fully customize the kite to your riding style and discipline. Foilers benefit from shorter lines for more responsive steering, while longer lines provide more lift and low-end on your twintip. The Mach1 is made with water-repellent double ripstop fabric and features laser-cut panels. The robust Dyneema bridles are wear-resistant and less prone to tangling. Internal straps and diagonal ribs help the kite maintain its shape under load. Convenient drainage channels automatically remove sand and water. And with the smart deflation zipper, packing up is super easy.
