Pure Freeride is more popular than ever! This kite can do everything, but excels in terms of wind speed, lift and hangtime. For 2019, Duotone focused on developing this model. This has resulted in the best Rebel the brand has ever made.

For 2019, Duotone has produced 25 to 30 prototypes of the Rebel. One goal was to reduce backstall. By developing a flatter LE arc, the angle of attack has been reduced for less stalling. The entire shape of the kite then had to be tuned to come into complete balance with this new Leading Edge shape. Eventually it flies even more vertical and the hangtime is really immense. In addition to the acr of the LE, the diameter of the LE has also been adjusted. The diameter of the LE van de Rebel is thinner this year. This makes the Rebel more effective but also ensures that the LE can twist a little more so that the Rebel will stear more quickly in 2019 than you are used to from the Rebel before.
